Any questions you may have, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll endeavour to answer them. Below are some questions which we are asked all the time, so we’ve made it easy to digest.
Q. What music will you play?
A. We play what you want. We always play the music you love; the music your guests will adore, along with up to date floorfillers. We can tailor a set for your party, working with you and making sure we cover the music you want. Naturally we know what makes the floor fill and how to keep your guests dancing. For 21st Birthdays we have an extensive and up to date music library to bring the club feel right to your venue. Most guests love live mixing later on in the night so please let us know what you require!
Q. My favourite song is obscure have you got it?
A. We will always try our hardest to find your perfect song.
Q. Will it be really loud?
A. As loud as you like. Some people like a real night club vibe whilst others prefer a more sedate volume. We will always accommodate your ‘volume’ wishes. Of course we MUST follow venue and legal guidelines at all times.
Q. Will the DJ be annoying?
A. Not at all. Gone are the days of the talking DJ, we do have DJ’s who can compare for charity events or similar, however we will confirm this in the booking process if required.
Q. Do you play a mix of music to suit all ages and tastes?

A. Yes, we’ll always try our best.
Q. What time do you arrive and how long is the set-up?
A. We will arrive at least 2 hours before the event is due to start so ensure all equipment is set up.
Q. How long will the music last?
A. The usual party disco starts between 7pm – 8pm and normally finishes promptly at midnight. We will be on-site 2 hours prior to your start time. We are happy to play as late as your venue and your staying power allows! We do charge an additional amount for discos later than midnight.
Q. What do you wear?
A. If you require a specific dress code then please let us know. Usually a smart shirt and dark jeans for formal events.
Q. Are you insured?
A. We have public liability insurance up to £5m.
Q. What if something breaks down?
A. We have back-ups of music and equipment so in the unlikely case of failure we are prepared. All equipment is PAT tested for complete peace of mind.
Q. How many people can you play to?
A. Equipment is ideal for up to 200 guests – however if you do have larger plans we can bring in the correct equipment for the job.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Payment will be taken on the night after the allocated time is finished. We take 30% deposit before the event, however there is a cancellation charge for within 21days of the event where the full fee has to be paid. We accept cash or bankers draft. On receipt of deposit, a ‘wanted’ song list will be sent out to you to return (just so we know exactly what to play!)
